Every VehicleDesk shop runs under a signed agreement that states the users, the data, the support, the billing, and the exit. Month to month. Cancel anytime. Your data exports with you.

What the agreement covers

Each shop's workspace is provisioned under a signed agreement between the shop and VehicleDesk.

The agreement names the permitted users and roles, the implementation responsibilities on both sides, Shopmonkey access, the enabled workflows and providers, communication and AI use, support, and acceptance.

It states the billing basis, taxes and add-ons where they apply, the term, cancellation, suspension, data roles, retention, export, deletion, security responsibilities, and provider dependencies.

Product pages describe how VehicleDesk works. The signed agreement governs the commercial relationship for that shop.

System of record, pricing, and exit

Shopmonkey stays the system of record for the shop's repair orders, invoices, and payments. VehicleDesk runs the day on top of those records and holds the workflow, consent, communication, and operational state its features create.

Pricing is quoted per shop with no per-seat fees. The term is month to month. A shop cancels at any time, and its data exports with it.

These terms are updated when the product, the providers, or the commercial model change, and the signed agreement for each shop states the version that applies.
